“There have been clubs that have been very, very interested in him," Chris Taylor, manager of the 21-year-old's club down under, South Melbourne FC, told the Courier.
“He has been given the offer to go to Europe because he has an international passport.
“Dundee United are paying for everything and are taking him to Holland for some games.
“You can’t begrudge the boy for the opportunity.
“He has the talent to go to the next level and we’re only delighted if he does make it.”
