United today sealed the signing of top striker Steven Crawford from Plymouth Argyle.
A fee to Plymouth was agreed at £80 000 and the former Pars striker agreed to a three and a half year deal .
On signing, the striker said "I had several options. However, I have been very impressed with the level of ambition shown by the chairman and the manager."
The Chairman added "When we met with the player we were able to demonstrate to him the ambitions, commitment and stability which underpin this club."
Crawford will play as squad number 19, and if he gets that number of goals before the season is over he'll be worth every penny!
